Elaine Song

Elaine is the founder of Stravia Partners, where she focuses on identifying resilient multifamily opportunities and building long-term value alongside investors.

With a background that bridges engineering, finance, and entrepreneurship, Elaine brings a unique perspective to real estate investing. She began her career as an equity options trader at HSBC, managing risk and capital in fast-moving markets, before pivoting toward entrepreneurship to build businesses of her own.

Over the last several years, she has launched and grown multiple ventures, from consumer brands to real estate, while raising her two young children.

Stravia Partners reflects the integration of her diverse experience - uniting the analytical rigor she developed as a trader with her commitment to building multifamily investments that are both resilient and community-oriented. She applies the same discipline she once used to manage capital in global markets, while bringing the perspective of a long-term investor who values stability, trust, and lasting impact.

Elaine lives in New York with her husband and children. When she’s not evaluating deals, she’s often with her daughter at the skating rink or piano bench, or exploring the city with her family.

She earned her Master’s degree in Finance at Princeton University and holds B.S. in Electrical Engineering at Yonsei University in South Korea.
